Job Role & Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Design basic graphics, presentations, and promotional materials as required.
Social Media Management
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, posting updates, and responding to comments.
- Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Market Research
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Identify new opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and webinars.
- Help with logistics, outreach, and follow-up for marketing activities.
Campaign Support
- Support the marketing team in implementing email and digital marketing campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics to improve future strategies.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance tracking tools is a plus.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and present insights clearly.
Creativity & Initiative
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies.
Job Role: Marketing Intern
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (final-year students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Experience: 0-1 year of experience (internships included).
