Job Role & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
- Identify and target potential clients in the aerospace, civil survey, and technology domains.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from the company’s product and service offerings.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demand.
Customer Support
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the point of contact for client’s post-sale to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the management team.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer relationship management techniques.
- Knowledge of the aerospace and civil survey industry is an added advantage.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, and any regional language is highly preferred.
Problem-Solving
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address client concerns or objections effectively.
Job Role: Sales Executive
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.
Experience: 0-1 years of relevant sales experience.
